Childhood Memories

Last post for the night. I dug this one out of the archives.
Note: This song is not for the weak at heart. It has controversial content with a brutal delivery.
.
Childhood Memories
In the closets hear them whimper
Wondering when their dad comes home
Hoping he’s not filled with liquor
Leave the little ones alone…

Raboni!
Go to the garden, hurry, hurry!
Before the sunrise very early
Bring all the spices for the master
Falling behind, can I run faster?
I’m so afraid, my heart is racing
I’ve got the feeling someone’s chasing me!
I’ve got to lose them I don’t care how.
Don’t turn around, we’re almost there now.
Where are the soldiers? I don’t see one.
Guarding the grave, there’s got to be one.
Rounding the corner, slip and falling
Come on, get up! Why are you stalling? Hurry!
Raboni! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
Here am I! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
How could He die? It’s so confusing.
Almost as if it was His choosing
Now He is gone, my head is reeling
Something is wrong! I’ve got a feeling.
Why did I come, the others told me
I was in danger. They were scolding me.
The stone’s rolled away. The grave is barren
There are the clothes that He was wearing
I cannot see. I’m crying harder.
Where could He be? Let’s ask the gardner
Tell me, where is His body buried?
Hearing His gentle voice call, Mary.
Raboni! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
Here am I! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
I’m not ascended yet completely
Iwaited here so you could meet me
Rise up, go back and tell my brothers
I am alive! Go tell the others.
Even from death, I was victorious
Rising that you might live so victoriously.
Even in death I was the winner
bearing the weight of every sinner
Knowing as hot as hell is burning
I traveled there and then returning
Bringing the keys, now I am living
I’ve got the power, now I’m forgiving you
Raboni! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
Here am I! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
From the grave from the ground
a victorious sound!
He defeated the ultimate foe!
He’s alive He is real
With a love you can feel
He has come for the meek and the low
He’s the Christ He’s the Son
Mighty works He has done
In His blood is the power to save
We proclaim Him as Lord
Tell the News Spread the Word
He has conquered both hell and the grave!
Raboni! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
He’s alive! oooohhhhhOoohhaaahhh!
Master!

The NSA Lied
Posted by Rod on
May 29, 2006
The NSA lied when they said they are tapping phone calls to find terrorists. This is a lie and here is why.
People don’t need to dial direct from phone to phone, risking the government listening in. They can use the Internet services to do the same thing.
The only stupid people are those who believe what the government tells them. The "terrorists" are smarter than that.
